AERIAL ANGELS Kalamazoo, Michigan

Back by popular demand, this high-flying, all-girl show features acrobatics, fire-eating, whip-cracking, trapeze, and aerial fabric. Performing on their hot pink, freestanding rig, Aerial Angels are sure to charm you with edge-of-your-seat thrills. From Singapore to Alaska, Barcelona, Fort McMurray, and Halifax, the Angels have flown far and wide. They’re thrilled to be back in Waterloo!

 

 

ART$FORTUNE Windsor, Canada

At scheduled times throughout the carnival, Art$Fortune will be open with a "robotic" fortune teller ready to see what your future holds. At the end of it all, you'll leave with a mystical grab bag and your fortune inside. It’s all in good fun and surely will make you smile!

 

 

BENNY B Blackbutt, Australia

Be sure to see the Canadian premiere of Benny B's award winning show featuring amazing circus skills, bizarre stunts, and non-stop hilarious antics! At the end of it all, Benny B performs dangerous stunts precariously balanced atop a 2 metre tall free standing ladder. This incredible show is what happens when you combine an Engineering Degree and a Circus Degree in one brain!

 

 

CHALKMASTER DAVE Toronto, Canada

Raised by Ninjas on top of a mountain, probably a tall one, Chalkmaster was considered the "ultimate warrior" if what is said is true. But alas, he is simply the world's most attractive 250 pound sidewalk artist who's hoping to make your eyeballs smile with his pretty, pretty colours.

ERNEST THE MAGNIFICO Redfern, Australia

He could have been a Beverly Hillbilly and would have been right at home with the Dukes of Hazard but instead, Ernest the Magnifico is Australia’s comic daredevil. Featuring a high-flying stunt car, a heart stopping pogo stick, and a hilarious comic persona, you are guaranteed to laugh and smile as you watch a truly unique slice of the Australian Outback.

 

 

GRANT GOLDIE Belfast, Ireland

A man and his case enter into a world of chance and opportunity. He creates a happening ofinteractive participation, acute absurdity, and mesmerizing manipulation. This is not merely a juggling show but more like a projectile assault on gravity. It’s a wordless performance of charming virtuosity and high skill that’s refreshing, engaging, and wholesome.

 

 

JASON ESCAPE Boston, Massachusetts

Mme Bao and her old friend, Cosma, are two gypsies who can unfold the secret to your future. They can glance at what life has in store for you by reading your palm. Their humourous take on this age old craft will most certainly brighten your day if not your future. So be sure to find out your destiny, as crazy as it may be, with the help of these two Bohemians.

 

 

NIGEL BLACKSTORM New York, New York

Prepare yourself for the Heavy Metal Magician as he presents a high energy rock n' roll comedy show featuring magic, music, and plenty of surprises. You may even be recruited to be one of three members of his heavy metal cover band. You’ll have the chance to play the concert of your life using invisible "air instruments." At the finale, in true heavy metal fashion, Nigel performs a hilarious and amazing magic trick involving a chicken... a rubber chicken.

This crazy duo has performed at festivals and carnivals throughout North America taking busking to new heights. They will be roving this year's carnival with their unique brand of circus, dance, and street theatre. From giant clowns, to 9 foot Elvis, cowboys, hockey guys, and more, the Stilt Guys will sweep you up into an improvised world of fun and laughter!
